thanks flu. yes some give a free trial, but i would luv free forever. I guess it is too much to ask! π
Nice link to the CW REOs THANKS!
Well there is no free lunch…But you can put on your creative hat or thing outside of the box hat to figure out what you can do with a 7 day trial and a credit card company that allows you to generate a new credit card number for each transaction with a preset limit and expiration date…..At least from a perpective of if you just “occasionally” want to see if the foreclosure website has gotten any more accurate since the last time you checked.
π
I found the REO listings from the banks more useful than services provided by these “foreclosure” sites, but then again, I’m by all means not anywhere near RE kinda of guy. You might want to ping some Piggington realtors too. They might be able to help you better.
To find the Bank REO sites, just google REO and [insert name of your screwed up bank here]
For example:
“REO Wells Fargo”
https://www.wellsfargo.com/about/wfhf/realestateowned“REO Wamu” :
http://www.wamuproperties.com/LOL:
http://www.wamuproperties.com/property-details.php?id=682663299
WAMU REO“REO IndyMac”
https://reofrontpathexternal.indymacbank.com/reo.ext/presentation/startup.aspx…..the list goes on and on…
Once upon a time I was going to build a screen scraper that aggregated all these bank websites. Still working on it π
