Holy Crap!
What a bunch of convoluted cacophony of confusion. Now this, coupled with all the last few years of housing “woe’s”…the desire to buy a house is ever increasingly becoming a chore,…like pulling 6 frigin teeth on the same day – without pain killers! You gotta watch this guy, and then that guy and think about this reg. and avoid that reg…and on and on and on…
Why would anyone want to do this anymore? It’s just too much red-tape, bureaucratic non-sense and market manipulation.
Enough already….I’m moving to the desert to rent a trailer in the middle of nowhere, build a back porch of sticks and smoke cigars all day. good bye.

October 3, 2010 at 1:14 AM #612009CA renterParticipantCopying from my post on Jim Klinge’s site regarding BofA (first part is quoting JimG from the site):
————Met a long time BAC field service guy at a property last week who confirmed they are cutting the grass on 650 empty properties currently…..Why aren’t those assigned to an agent???
—————Which might back up a rumor I’ve heard about BofA getting some sort of “authorization” (agreement by the govt to cover some portion of the losses?) to sit on properties for up to five years. According to the rumor, they will not even rent them out; they are going to board them up and maintain them for the duration.
Anyone else hear rumors about this?
