Gotcha –
I knew Frank from way back when… About 15 years ago he was the founder of Logic Innovations. They did alot board work and such for companies that needed proto boards developed and such and we used his company. Anyways I spoke to him a few years ago and he is one of the guys over at Tech Angels.
Anyways I know it is a bitch out there right now.

There are two categories to look up here.
Ownership by adverse possession. (applies to owned property)
Homestead act. (applies to gov land, not talking about homestead protection from default.. ie ‘new’ California Homestead act)There really is not any ‘unclaimed’ property anymore. Either it is gov owned or private.
