hmmm, “Trolls Unite” was in reference to being referred to as a troll. I don’t mind being referred to as a troll, but if it means that you are a housing bull, then you got the wrong guy.

Also, you need to question the info coming out of a site where anyone who buys a home and wants advice prefaces it by apologizing for buying the place. I have seen many posters ask not be be made fun of. I have seen that multiple times on Piggs. If you don’t have balance on this site, does it not have the possibility of becoming the antithesis of the “Bull” syndrome which it so passionately knocks.

P.S. I am not the only one with multiple aliases. You just have to be smart about it, like using an ip scrambler, or only posting certain aliases at certain locals. Like when I use bugs, I am at PANERA. When I use fat_lazy_union I am at Starbucks using my tmobile account.

Then I am not a troll. While baiting some people is my intention, it is not my “singular” intention. My main purpose for coming to this site is to make better decisions in Real Estate. Taking a few scalps along the way just makes it more fun. Maybe I am a hybrid.
