Eh.. I moved here in 2006, tried to buy, realized it was insanity.

Was told by co-workers to buy with interest only loans and how I’m so stupid for sitting out. Now I’m just sitting and waiting because everyone else drove prices up out of greed.

That’s why I’m bitter. I worked at Century 21’s sites for a contract job when I got here. You would go to these parking lots and it would be filled with BMW’s, Benzes, you name it. These people could not write correctly or market your place at all and were rolling in cash. I was beside myself.

Now I’m just sitting and saving and hoping things come back to reasonable levels someday. While the gov. keeps making proposals to keep things in LaLa land
