RO is certainly the most persistent troll we have had in a while – I’m enjoying him posting ideas that were thoroughly discussed and dismissed six months or more ago (like invisible inventory)
I’m letting him thrash around and make a fool of himself instead of addressing him directly – he must be in a lot of pain trying to come to terms with a bad real-estate related financial situation
posting anything from the NAR after they have revised their housing forecasts down EVERY month in the last 7 months (or is it 9 months now, I forget) makes me wonder about the poster – is the position they are espousing really so weak that they have to stoop to NAR propaganda for support or are they so out of touch that they think the NAR is actually providing useful information?
