What kind of company are you starting? I’m looking for opportunities right now. I’ve had the experience of working for a well known local Start Up company in SD (initials are DC) which recently hit the wall and is in serious trouble. I’ve also had the experience of attempting to bring up my own seed company and developed B-Plans and presented to the Connect group, Fish and Richardson, as well Tech Coast Angels. Missed what boat, the boat of upside down equity named “Default and Foreclosure”? The boat of Socialist Government handouts? Are you actually bragging about being a bailout contestant? I don’t think speculators will be given anything but a hard-learned lesson.

You’re wrong because unless you paid 100 times your monthly rent to buy a house you made a poor choice, and you’re just renting money at a higher rate and amount than some of us are renting properties.

Precisely Coop, which is why I questioned this a-hole about his motivations to post here suddenly under two names. I highly suspect that this idiot is really the bitter one who’s now underwater on multiple investment properties and is pissed off about it so he/she is projecting anger and befuddlement onto the local bubble bloggers.

Hope he keeps it up though, it is good sport once again…makes me reminisce about 2005 the Troll Battles.
