Wouldn’t calling in the military be a good way to incite more unrest in other cities? They need to be allowed to protest without being gassed, so long as the protests remain peaceful. And the Sadist needs to be indicted.

Yeah, America’s religion is capitalism but we don’t like it when the Chinese do capitalism better. When the French try and fail, we say it’s because of the laws of economics. When the Chinese do the same things the French and Soviets did, and succeed, we claim it’s unfair.
Keeping the black folks an underclass is actually detrimental to building wealth. That wasn’t a problem when we had no peer competitor. But it’s becoming a liability.
