It appears as though builders remove the floorplans for completed subdivisions (from their website). Is there any site that keeps this stuff around? As I go through rentals on Craigslist it would be great if i could pull up the floor plan…but I can’t find any.
On a related note, I also found that their seems to be a lot of similarity between recently built homes, with respect to layout. I went through a home in SEH this morning and then at lunch i was browsing the 4S homes website (mentioned in another thread) and saw a floorplan that was very similar. Not the same builder, and the floorplan wasn’t identical, but still much the same.
I’ve got hundreds of them and access to many more dating back to the early 1970’s. Like Diego Mamani said “Good local realtors usually keep copies of the floorplans”.
