I was pretty surprised when this home that had sat for several months near our place in Scripps finally sold. The home is on Reisling (which is a somewhat busy street) and it sold for 618k after sitting for many months. The home was nothing special and did need alot of work. Now a home that is the same floorplan but was indeed augmented with a remodel and added square footage sits across the street from it. This second home is in nicer condition and it has sat on the market for a long time as well. It was listed with Help U Sell and then went to Keller Williams. It is currently at 695-745k. So my wife ventured over to the first home the other day as the new owners have been putting alot of work into it and she had a chat with them. Turns out the new owners are realtors and they are going to flip it! I don’t see how they are going to make the numbers work.
I guess we shall see!
The street address is 10941 Riesling Drive, 92131. The other one that is currently for sale and is the competition is 10922 Riesling Drive.
