Wow…after having seen a few foreclosures and REOs with my realtor, this doesnt look bad at all! I dont see any holes in the walls, paint looks OK. and the light fixture is still in the DR area. Looks like it needs a new banister and some clean up. Unless I’m missing something. My guess is they knocked out the banister as they were carrying things down the stairs.
I still dont understand why people get so ANGRY when they’re foreclosed on and feel a need to trash a home. I mean, it’s not the bank’s fault.
The last awful REO I saw had EVERY fixture – including the thermostat control – ripped out of the walls, holes in the walls, rotting food on the kitchen counter and filthy clothes and detritus that the previous occupants obviously couldnt take with them strewn all over the place.
