SDLookup said she didn’t list it b/c the listing was set to private. So why can redfin list it? And what’s this private business?

Well, it was sold last year @ $1.25M, so, $1.25M > $1million +-200k ;-). I guess if you’re gonna e-ball, might as well go a little higher and say anything south of $3M is not high end :-D.
