ParticipantProbably more like a matter of 400k in months maybe even less and 600k total. I feel that in some relation to quantities of housing stock we might actually see the high end knock the low end down. I always felt there were too many rich folks houses. I think viable middle of the road buyers are going to get quite a gift from this bust.

yes, what a gem, power lines front and back, no pool and lousy curb appeal, what a POS gawdawful dump. No wonder it is BO’d. If they get 500k they would be lucky.
