It really is wonderful over there. On Father’s Day I took my kids and their bikes to the convention center and took the ferry across. Its so great for little kids to bike because its flat and the streets are quiet. We had a great day biking, walking around the Del, lunch at the 50’s diner and dessert at Moo Time. Cant wait to do it again. It reminded me of biking around Ventnor NJ as a kid where our Summer house was. Congrats and hope you find enough to keep you there for the duration.
cheers

Can’t wait to get back to California… Hopefully there won’t be a toll to get in!!!

I have a friend who lives in the 100 block of Ocean Dr. She actually bought a 70’s house and restored it because so many were being torn down and McMansions replaced them. She is waling distance to the Del and right next to the beach. Her only problem with “Nado” is the traffic and late night partying at Sunset Park. Otherwise, she loves it and she grew up in Coronado. She likes the small town atmosphere and the traditions being kept like the July 4th parade. It is a great place to live if you can afford it there.
I just looked it up. It was built in 1959!
