I’m still trying to figure out how this one went under $1mil.. Granted it’s on the corner of 4th and D.. but Geez. A granny flat (600SF) and the front house under $400/SF all on a 7000SF lot? The street is busy and you can say what you want about the “bad” area of Coronado. But this was a smokin’ deal IMHO.

there are lots of nice people in Coronado. The OC Housewives-type people that were doing the opposite of all us Piggies are starting to suffer and get foreclosed upon. Just check the preforeclosure list for the last month or so. There is still plenty of real estate pain in nado.
I will tell my favorite people there to keep an eye out for a nice guy & family moving there from madison!
