I’ve watched this place sit empty for over two years, except for a brief couple of months when it was occupied by one of the Padres last year. First Coronado SFH under $400/sqft. I know the gal who sold it three years ago to a couple of flippers who “fixed” it. The flippers were probably into it for about $2.3 mil. Now there are no doors on the closets. Who has closets without doors?
Actually that house is really nice, I don’t have doors on my closets. As soon as I can rustle up 1.6 Million I’ll buy it and rent out the house I’m in. Seems like a bargain,of course I know how the internet can distort reality,so I’d have to see it in person.
