Nothing is available right now. I had an escrow crash yesterday because of it.
I assume you are the buyer.
Ask the seller for another week or two. Hopefully the insurance industry will start to unlock in that timeframe. It sucks.

If I was an underwriter I definitely would not underwrite any policy as active fires were still burning in areas where people were evacuated within the last 72 hours. That would be like loaning money to people for 100% of the purchase price of their property based on stated income, stated assets, and giving them the payment option to have negative amortization.
