ParticipantI guess that is the problem with using an agent who doesnt know their turf and only does zip code searches rather than understanding what is out there and bringing you options you should be looking at.

ParticipantNo, that’s the problem with being a “know-it-all” buyer who thought she knew most of the inventory, and felt sure about where she wanted to live, and never even gave the agent an opportunity to suggest other areas. ๐
