Finally signed docs on “streamlined” refinance started on April 27th!

I posted earlier asking if anyone else was having delays in refinancing directly through their bank with the new “streamlined” refinance program.

Long story short, finally signed docs this morning locking in at 4.75% (30 yr fixed, )

I guess there’s been a large number of refinance requests, and the new purchases are getting priority since they have a more concrete deadline… so if you’re just started, be prepared to wait, if you’ve been waiting, it should come in eventually.
