I vote for error, comps and zillow can be off but they all point to 500 range, hard to believe its over half off the closed sales and other listings nearby because it doesn’t even look thrashed, it looks good. Near the bottom of the redfin page you can see a model match on the same street solf for 591k 90 days ago. I kinda dount that it’s day 1 listing is 10k below it’s 1989 price. Even if they transposed the 4 and the 2 I would think it would be a deal at 420k. My guess is that the 2 should have been a 5. If it’s not and even if it’s 55 and older, i can get a fake I.D.

Well, even if it’s an error, it’s a good way to get some interest. Notice that they’ve included Google street view as the default picture.
