ParticipantAs long as you don’t mind moving it it would probably be fine.You could even get it right. Somebody owns the other side. Have you found the survey pins at the corners or other places shown on any records of survey? In my case we got the seller to remark the corners in escrow, but the contours did not allow for pulling a string betweem them so the surveror put stakes along the line.
