    Maybe it doesn’t work at all, but regardless of our socialist Gov’t that doesn’t answer why they would do this? She’s not elected is she?

    Then there’s this:
    Servicers would be expected to lower those borrowers’ monthly payments to about 31 percent of the borrowers’ monthly income.

    I’m not the first to say we are now encouraging people to lie about how little they make.

    Why don’t they give new loans under these terms?

    This is pretty amazing. Has Chimpy lost complete control of his cabinet? How can Shelia Blair come out with this proposal on her own without the backing of her boss?

    Paulson turned her down this morning which for now is the only thing Paulson has done so far that I approve of or at least until my bank will give me some of that 700 billion (try 2 trillion when its all over!)
