Redfin. Zillow is good in that it shows adjacent lots. There are some LA-based sites that even show the names of the buyers and sellers going back several years.
Different engines depending on what I’m looking at.
For SFR, I like sdlookup.
For multi-family, redfin.
Redfin gives more data (sales history, etc)… but sdlookup lets you comment on specific properties, or read others comments.
I find myself going back and forth between the two.
Yeah, I agree UCGal.
I like the feature of SDlookup where they aggregate the data for condo buildings. That’s helpful.
But Refin does provide more data.
