ParticipantBefore you use these as comps or signs of anything you should visit these complexes. I did last a couple weeks ago. They are a step above living in a morgue IMO. Big square footage but old and it seemed like home health aides were visitng every unit. The units were dark and functionally obselete. The unit I saw overlooked Ardath/Torrey Pines. You could call in traffic reports for extra income.I found so many problems with these i cant begin to list them.

ParticipantI took the link and the exact hoa fee is $666, combine that with the fact that the first description from sdrealtor is that it felt like the morgue. That is just super creepy!!! If I lived there I’d break a few things in the common areas just so they would raise the hoa fees a dollar.
