They originally had it listed for 419k back in February. 2352 Torrey Pines 3 Shed over 100k in a few months. And it was a traditional sale. I think that may even be below 2002 pricing. I’d say it’s a great deal and one heck of a comp.
2352 Torrey Pines 9 is listed for 477k.

Edit: oh I see the HOA includes utilites and other stuff and it is a 1rst floor unit but still, not bad.

I’m in a townhouse right now and the neighbors a few doors down are thinking about moving b/c they’re not wanting to do the stairs any more. First floor has appeal to older people.
