We hired a guy like that a few months ago. Totally oversold his abilities and no one vetted his BS. Now it is clear that he doesn’t know what he said he knew and can’t do what he said he could and everyone is having to dance around this guy and supplement his contributions.
Apparently it hasn’t even been considered that he should just be fired….

We hired a guy like that a few months ago. Totally oversold his abilities and no one vetted his BS. Now it is clear that he doesn’t know what he said he knew and can’t do what he said he could and everyone is having to dance around this guy and supplement his contributions.
Apparently it hasn’t even been considered that he should just be fired….
