    Month over month existing home sales down 7.1%. This should help inventory rise.

    Yep if you are looking for a home in NY I bet you have more options.

    Almost all the slow down was in the north east.

    (sales down 17% in the northeast).

    Actually, NYC itself is popping, it’s the ‘burbs and rural areas that are slooooow.
