Call escrow, give them the correct names. Make sure that you or your realtor have the names correct spelling on all the real estate documents as well, (purchase agreement, etc) They will reprint all the instructions and then they will resend to you.

But then….when recently has this industry acted professionally. It is truly scary to think who the so-called pros are that handles these transactions!
