I think there is still a long way to go, but there are plenty of examples of large drops that have already occurred.

I agree. Here is one on the same street as you mentioned. The house isn’t fancy but all in all I think the buyer got a decent deal.

ParticipantNot that it matters but I saw that last house in ER several times. It sucked relative to others locationwise, yardwise, upgradewise, backed to busy street etc.
I wouldnt buy that house at any price for anything other than a rental.
