    251 Seeman looks like a big lot, with ocean view. Admittedly not really that close to the coast, but for $599K it seems to be a decent deal.

    Am I missing something – is that a bad street or location?

    Nothiing wrong with that street but its kinda of a little niche/pocket rather than a neighborhood. Only a handful of homes on it and mostly real oldtimers. Views are off front of house not the back. Its an estate sale and could get bid up. Definite pluses and minuses at work there.

    Thanks, ma just told me – no – to anything built before 1982, so I guess we are out of the running. Looks like it could be a nice spot though.
