I used to live in Fieldstone and agree. Prices are down, but not to the 500s.

Thanks for your responses. We’ll check out Fieldstone-not familar with it. Is it by the Cambria development? We still don’t live in Encinitas but we’re planning on renting there starting this summer. We’d like to start renting where we’ll buy since our kids start school this fall.
