Greetings All,
I’ll try not to get wordy.

Does anyone have the lowdown on the area in Blossom Valley that I believe used to be a mobile home park but is now filled with manufactured homes. It is located at the intersection of Silva Rd and Olde Highway 80.

I see currently at “SDLookup” (17), that’s right seventeen, homes on 15935 Spring Oaks Rd for sale.
Is this land lease or what?

Any info would be appreciated.

Yes Lionel, it is a land lease. I don’t know much about the place. I remember seeing some properties like this a few years back and spoke with my broker supervisor about them. He didn’t favor them. I think there are similiar deals on cabins on BLM land(bureau of land management). Sorry I don’t have more details.
