Yes Lionel, it is a land lease. I don’t know much about the place. I remember seeing some properties like this a few years back and spoke with my broker supervisor about them. He didn’t favor them. I think there are similiar deals on cabins on BLM land(bureau of land management). Sorry I don’t have more details.
