Thanks a lot for your comments. I guess I have a tough decision to make. The affordable houses you mentioned are owned by their residents. I would not worry as much if the crossings apartments are not rentals.
I overheard that Pardee plans to raise the price for their next plans 3 and 4 release. These two plans are in very high demand. Their last release with 6 homes was sold out in minutes. The situation is very frustrating for buyers.
