Yes, there is a pool which can bring in lots of noises. I misplaced the lot location. I just changed my map. In addition, there will be a gate that connects the the affordable housing complex and the manzanita trail. I had hoped there would be no gate. I have yet to convince my wife that this is a serious problem. She thinks the small park next door cancels out the negative factors from the affordable housing complex.

There are a number of complexes in Carmel Valley that have an affordable housing component. I believe Airoso by Standard Pacific is one. Sycamore Walk and Bella Rosa are the others. If you have a concern stroll down to the area around those palce and see what the neighbors have to say. Think you will see that they have 0 impact.
