ParticipantSend me the MLS and whatever else you want and I will look it up after i get my kids to bed. The thing about going directly to the listing agent is most applicable if it is a new listing agressively priced that has multpile offers on it. If it is one that is sitting on the market a week or more you are usually better off not going to the listing agent and having an agent who is hammering the price down on your behalf which the listing agent wont do.
