I’ve searched the threads but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. Looking for websites or published statistics (free) that have downtown condo inventory and sales data. I know one of the regulars has a site listing downtown condo price declines, but can’t find the site.. also looking for some solid inventory data that includes mls and unsold builder inventory as well as projected future inventory.
The ccdc (?) also has a lot of the info you’re looking for.
Last summer when I looked for info, I created a spreadsheet with all the new condos nearing completion or scheduled within the next 2-3 years. There were over 13,000 units. I can email it to you if you want, although the data is now a year old.
You need “the Breeze’s” website (at least I think it is “the Breeze’s site) http://www.sandiegodowntown.info/, which I think is the most knowledgeable place to go for downtown info…
