Bit of a roller coaster ride today:

Up quite a bit after volitile trading and the annoucment from the Fed – interest rates to stay low for long while. (Hmmmmm- refi the house?)

Prices will crash when interest rates rise OR when the dollar strengthens (remember, I’m a deflationist). One or the other, something is going to break.

I don’t care about my accounts. Was down $60k, then back up $40k…Whatever.

I’m more worried about my health at this point.
