    What’s up with pets just chillin on furniture in a lot of MLS pics? I notice it a lot. Random dogs peering through windows, laying on the couch, etc.

    The TV/Dog combo in this is too much.

    Dog pics in real estate listings are a negative to me. Sellers and realtors must think these pics add marketing value because dog pics are fairly common these days.
