    Sold in May of 06 for $440K, and now they;ve got it up for $970k. from the pictures, the place looks nice enough, but come on.

    I live near this house. It really has been completed redone. It’s in a good neighborhood, central South Park. Looks pretty nice, but good luck getting anything near that price!!!
