ParticipantI grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. On the nightly news, stories of murders on the streets of West and North Philly were practically a daily occurence. Baja sounds alot safer than the Philly I remember.

GuestThose 4 dead were NOT tourists by any stretch, they had connections to TJ and obviously to gangs/crime in TJ.
There are gang murders in large U.S cities all the time so does that stop you from going to those cities too?
