    How do you guys feel about the Pacific Highlands Ranch market. Several of those porpoerties were also sold in the peak times. Not a lot of action has happened since, and prices haven’t fallen off a cliff. Do you expect more vacant houses to flood the market?

    uh, if you work in temecula, live in temecula. you could spend a whole day surfing saving the commute time. Plus, temecula is a great city.
