I was driving thru the eastern part of Del Mar Heights, near Mercado and Del Mar Heights. Lot of product for sale in the area. Kind of a mish-mash of tear downs, and some spec re-models.
Is anyone familiar with the area. Seems convenient because of proximity to the freeway, but the lot lines seem tight. Has the pricing held up, or is it trending down?
I am not interested in buying over there, but jus looking to be educated on Del Mar Heights
