Participantanybody surprised that the Madra place still HASN’T sold… the agent/realtor/owner won’t lower price. They might as well sell advertising on their FOR SALE sign, since it won’t find a buyer, they would be better served promoting the local deli for $25/month.

So does anyone here know how much the value of Del Cerro has gone down? There was a house on the corner of Meredith Ave that sold in the $600k range. I can’t believe it. Is the area still worth that much or is it crashing hard?
