anybody surprised that the Madra place still HASN’T sold… the agent/realtor/owner won’t lower price. They might as well sell advertising on their FOR SALE sign, since it won’t find a buyer, they would be better served promoting the local deli for $25/month.

There are a few no-view houses that need to be sold on Ashland that are selling for more than that.
So does anyone here know how much the value of Del Cerro has gone down? There was a house on the corner of Meredith Ave that sold in the $600k range. I can’t believe it. Is the area still worth that much or is it crashing hard?
