Anyone know anything about 6463 Norman? I check listings often and just noticed this one but it says 14 days of market time? Anyone see it yet? Says vacant lot next to it is also for sale. That lot is a killer lot.

I have not been inside the house, but that lot is probably not the lot you think it is. I thought, mistakenly, that the lot was the nice graded lot that looked ready to be built on, but it is not. It is between that nice lot and 6463 Norman and is essentially a small canyon.

I have not been inside the house, but that lot is probably not the lot you think it is. I thought, mistakenly, that the lot was the nice graded lot that looked ready to be built on, but it is not. It is between that nice lot and 6463 Norman and is essentially a small canyon.
