what happened with 5915 Madra? Anybody know? The REO listing expired and shortly after it was relisted with a different agent. Then it want into pending a couple of days later.
I can’t seem to find any info on it closing though and it seems that it has been pending for something like 60 days. I’m very curious at what price this place sells.
I’ve been looking for it as well. On a curious note, another house in Mt. Helix on Gabriel Way, also owned by CIT Group and listed with the same agent as 5915 Madra, went pending the exact same day and I still haven’t seen anything on that house either.

I read something about a investment groups buying up groups of REO properties from banks etc. They take something like 10+ homes at a time and pay cash. Usually a very quick escrow though. I wonder if this might be the case also
