    “the vast majority of the action is still in outlying areas and lower priced/less desirable areas.”

    It makes me wonder if we will start seeing the true impact of the Option Arms this year. From what I am reading those are resetting in earnest starting right about now. That gun is loaded and aimed at the desirable areas. Time will tell.

    sdr-can you just imagine what will happen to those “outlying areas and lower priced/less desirable areas” when the nearby and more desirable areas begin to visibly correct?

    I just got my report and it is a doozy. The NOD list which was typically about 70 pages a year ago and spiked as high as 140 pages was 200 PAGES long for the last few days of 2007 and first few days of 2008.

    I saw a little more action in the nicer areas but still relatively low levels.

    I’ll post more if I see anything interesting after a more indepth look at the report.
