Days On Market

Can anyone tell me about the Days on Market?

I could have sworn that this house was listed just a short time ago: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-080076948-3570_Donna_Dr_Carlsbad_Ca_92008

I can not remember how much but it was not that long ago. I thought that there was some rule about how long a house had to be off the market before it was put back on as a new listing?

I am assuming that the house did not sell the first time becasue it says last sale was in 87…….

DOM is a measure of how many days the property has been listed as an ACTIVE listing under the CURRENT listing agreement the seller has with the broker.
