September 1, 2008 at 9:44 AM #264726jhParticipantI found the Union Trib website before, but it still has errors. Specifically, this is what I found.
Error#1: When I go to the following link (http://sdhomes.signonsandiego.com/area_homesales/pastyears-2007.php) it appears that you are missing an entire month. Specifically, there is no data at all for October 2007.
Error#2: When I go to the following Iink (http://sdhomes.signonsandiego.com/area_homesales/pastyears-2008.php) it appears that you have the wrong data source for at least January 2008. The data report that you have for this particular month should make comparisons to January 2007 – just like all of the monthly reports for 2008. In other words, all of the monthly data reports for 2008 should make year-over-year comparisons to 2007. However, what apparently is data for the month of January 2008 does not make such a comparison. Instead, it compares its monthly data to figures from 2006, which leads me to believe that this is a monthly data report from a completely different year.
I emailed the webmaster a couple of months ago, but apparently nothing was done. My email was ignored.
