haven’t explored it too much but they said most(about 80%) of the site was free. I did see that part of the free portion included datasets such as mortgage origination, piggybacks, refi’s, primes, subprimes, etc for a given area.
it also compiles census info, crime data, incomes, education, ethnicity…a lot of info on one site, worth a look.
