That’s weird. Last time I went to Aruba and partied with the SI Swimsuit models I didn’t even realize that they had the internet there.

I never knew that San Diego was founded as late as 2002 ๐ I wonder, if it had been founded earlier, say 1996, how current SD home prices would compare to those 1996 prices, adjusted for inflation. Might offer a less optimistic view of where SD prices will go over the next few years. As Rich has pointed out, it’s now all determined by the govt, so the future of SD home prices is to be found inside Chris Dodd’s and Barney Frank’s brains, and nowhere else.
